Return Policy
We do not offer refunds exchange only within 7 days if the returned product meets our requirements.
•Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order
•We will not accept exchanges of products that have been altered or used in any way .This includes hair that has been cut,processed,colored or untied at the top of the bundle.
•Shipping and Handling costs will be at the customer’s expense.
•We offer one exchange per original order.
Exchanges must be created within 7 days of the original order .Exchanges will not be permitted after 7 days .Please allow 6 business days for your return to be processed.

At Mel’s Hair Galore customer satisfaction is our #1 goal.We stand behind the quality of our products.Our hair is carefully hand inspected before leaving our location.Our products are 100% guaranteed.Due to the pure nature of our natural human hair products ,most product concerns can be resolved with a simple care and maintenance routine.Even a simple wash and condition can often remedy tangling problems that may occur from general use.All of our products are human hair and must be properly cared for.Please remember ,our hair is very different from beauty supply store hair and keeping the hair moisturized is of key importance.
Shipping
We have a standard of 24-48 hour processing time prior to shipment of all orders.
This processing time frame is subject to change due to sales or holidays.
Please review our shipping methods to receive an estimated timeframe of the delivery of your package.
International Orders:There is a possible Customs fee that can be requested by the postal service upon delivery /receipt of the package.Mel’s Hair Galore is not a liberty to calculate or charge customers as we have no control over the fees requested outside of regular shipping fees .Customer is responsible for additional shipping charges .NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED ,ABONDONED OR DISPOSED PACKAGES!
